DRMCNT Gangsigns EP

After various false starts and missed deadlines the time has come for the one and only DRMCNT to get things on the boil with the so aptly named 'Gangsigns ep'. just before a summer 2011 move to Japan he dropped these off at gangsigns towers - a fully realised set of bass jumpers that wouldn't be out of place on an Underground Resistance, Swamp81 or Frictional release. 'Work' jumps off with relentless snares, popping 808's and vocal stabs before a screwed out bassline runs right through it and turns the whole track upside down. next up - 'Oldschool' - pure Detroit techno. No if's or but's. a solid jacker. 'Bdm' kicks off side two with an almighty reggae whomp that the bug would kill for while kingdil' is a futuristic slice of aphex electro smothered in an atmospheric funk. DRMCNT is on the rise and a soon to be, bonafide star of the bass scene.
